• What is PhoneGap and PhoneGap Build?

Adobe PhoneGap is a cross-platform, open-source mobile application development framework, that allows developers to build mobile applications using technologies such as HTML, Javascript and CSS (Ratnottar, 2019).

Developers can simply upload these assets to the Adobe PhoneGap Build cloud service, where it is then compiled and deployed to any mobile device such as IOS, Android, Windows and many more (Mathur, 2018).

• The Activity:

Activity 8 required us as students to engage with Adobe PhoneGap Build in order for us to get a better understanding in terms of this online resource works. We had to watch and follow two linked videos, that guided us step by step through the process.
